Consider resolution no. 10-06, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 380, TEXAS LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE, BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF RICHARDSON AND CERTAIN TENANTS IN THE DATACENTER PARK, RICHARDSON, TEXAS (“QUICK START TENANTS”); AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE AN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 380, TEXAS LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE, BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF RICHARDSON AND SAF COLLINS TECHNOLOGY PARK LLC (OR AFFILIATED COMPANY HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS “SAF”); AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE A TAX INCREMENT FINANCING ZONE NO. 1 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 311, TEXAS TAX CODE, BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF RICHARDSON AND SAF.
