BELT LINE ROAD (NEC BELT LINE RD & PLANO RD). THIS REQUEST IS SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE CZO AMENDMENT REQUESTED IN ZF 09-09. THE PROPERTY IS CURRENTLY ZONED C-M COMMERCIAL.
CONSIDER AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO PURCHASE REAL ESTATE LOCATED AT 404, 406, 408, AND 414 W. ARAPAHO AND EXECUTE ANY INSTRUMENTS AND AMENDMENTS RELATED THERETO.
ALL ITEMS LISTED UNDER ITEM 8 OF THE CONSENT AGENDA ARE CONSIDERED TO BE ROUTINE BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND WILL BE ENACTED BY ONE MOTION IN THE FORM LISTED BELOW.
