CONSIDER RESOLUTION NO. 15-24, ORDERING A BOND ELECTION TO BE HELD IN THE CITY OF RICHARDSON, TEXAS, ON NOVEMBER 3, 2015, MAKING PROVISIONS FOR THE CONDUCT OF THE ELECTION AND RESOLVING OTHER MATTERS INCIDENT AND RELATED TO SUCH ELECTION.
CONSIDER ORDINANCE NO. 4127, ORDERING A SPECIAL ELECTION ON PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE HOME RULE CITY CHARTER OF THE CITY OF RICHARDSON TO BE HELD ON NOVEMBER 3, 2015; PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLICATION AND POSTING OF NOTICE; PROPOSING AMENDMENTS TO THE HOME RULE CITY CHARTER OF THE CITY OF RICHARDSON; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN ELECTION AGREEMENT AND ELECTION SERVICES CONTRACT WITH DALLAS COUNTY AND COLLIN COUNTY ELECTIONS DEPARTMENTS.
