REVIEW AND DISCUSS PROSPECTIVE AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 4 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES RELATIVE TO THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AT EVENT CENTERS AND HOTELS LOCATED IN O-M OFFICE, TO-M TECHNICAL OFFICE AND INDUSTRIAL ZONING DISTRICTS AND GENERAL REPORTING REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL RESTAURANTS
REPORT ON ITEMS OF COMMUNITY INTEREST The City Council will have an opportunity to address items of community interest, including: expressionsof thanks, congratulations, or condolence; information regarding holiday schedules; an honorary orsalutary recognition of a public official, public employee, or other citizen; a reminder about an upcoming event organized or sponsored by the City of Richardson; information regarding a social, ceremonial, or community event organized or sponsored by an entity other than the City of Richardson that was attended or is scheduled to be attended by a member of the City of Richardson or an official or employee of the City of Richardson; and announcements involving an imminent threat to the public health and safety of people in the City of Richardson that has arisen after posting the agenda.
In compliance with Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code, Council will convene into a closed session to discuss the following: • Deliberation Regarding Real Property • Purchase of Real Estate in the Greenville Ave./Main Street and Floyd Rd./U.S. 75 Areas RECONVENE INTO REGULAR SESSION Council will reconvene into open session, and take action, if any, on matters discussed in Executive Session. • ADJOURN
