CONSIDER ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 4242, AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES BY AMENDING CHAPTER 12, ARTICLE I, SECTION 12-4, TO ADOPT AN INCREASE IN THE AMOUNT OF THE RESIDENCE HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION FOR INDIVIDUALS SIXTY-FIVE (65) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, AND FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE DISABLED, FROM EIGHTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($80,000.00) TO EIGHTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($85,000.00).
