CONSIDER ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 4324, AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE AND ZONING MAP BY GRANTING A CHANGE IN ZONING BY APPROVING A SPECIAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN TO MODIFY THE DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF THE MAIN STREET/CENTRAL EXPRESSWAY FORM BASED CODE FOR THE USE OF ALTERNATIVE FENCING MATERIAL FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 728 LINGCO DRIVE, RICHARDSON, TEXAS, ZONED PLANNED DEVELOPMENT MAIN STREET/CENTRAL EXPRESSWAY (RAILSIDE SUBDISTRICT).
All items listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion with no individual consideration.
