In compliance with Section 551.074 and Section 551.071 (1) and (2) of the Texas Government Code, Council may convene into a closed session to discuss the following: • Personnel • Deliberate the selection, evaluation, and duties of the Mayor Pro Tem • Consultation with City Attorney • Review of duties, responsibilities, and state and local ethics requirements for Mayor and Council Members and briefing on pending litigation and claims RECONVENE INTO REGULAR SESSION Council will reconvene into open session, and take action, if any, on matters discussed in Executive Session. • ADJOURN
