CONSENT AGENDA: All items listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the City Plan Commission and will be enacted by one motion in the form listed below. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless desired, in which case any item(s) may be removed from the Consent Agenda for separate consideration. Amending Plat – II Creeks: Consider and take necessary action on a request for an amending plat of II Creeks Additioin to combine Lots 19 and 20 into a single lot, Lot 20A. The 0.14-acre lot is located on the west side of Custer Parkway, north of Lookout Drive and is zoned PD Planned Development. Applicant: Bob Reid, representing Bob Reid Custom Homes.
