Amending Plat – II Creeks: Consider and take necessary action on a request for an amending plat of II Creeks Additioin to combine Lots 19 and 20 into a single lot, Lot 20A. The 0.14-acre lot is located on the west side of Custer Parkway, north of Lookout Drive and is zoned PD Planned Development. Applicant: Bob Reid, representing Bob Reid Custom Homes.
