THEY EXPECT TO BE 748 STUDENTS, WHICH IS 374 STUDENTS ON CAMPUS PER DAY. THE APPLICANT HAS PROVIDED THE SITE PLAN THAT YOU SEE HERE. UH, ON THE SITE PLAN, YOU SEE THAT THE SUBJECT SITE IS SERVED BY THREE DRIVEWAYS, ONE FROM ABRAMS ROAD AND TWO ON RICHARDSON COLLEGE DRIVE TO THE NORTH. THERE ARE 200 PARKING SPACES ON SITE, WHICH THE APPLICANT HAS SAID WILL MEET THEIR MAXIMUM PARKING NEEDS AND LEAVE A REMAINDER OF 82 PARKING SPACES ON SITE FOR VISITORS EVERY DAY. THERE WILL ALSO BE 116 PARKING SPACES ON THE DALLAS SIDE. THE APPLICANT WILL BE ADDING CANOPY COVERS TO THE EAST AND WEST ENTRANCES OF THE BUILDING. AND OUR PLANO CAMPUS IS PRE-K THROUGH 12 AND IS PROBABLY TWO OR THREE YEARS AWAY FROM THEIR FULL BUILD OUT. SO WE'VE SEEN THEM ALL, ALL DO THAT. THE SIZE OF THE STORM SHELTER WILL RESTRICT IT TO THAT SIZE, SO ON ANY DAY THEY WILL BE UNDER 400 PEOPLE. UM, LET'S SEE. THAT'S THE, UH, THE SCREENING AND THE STORM SHELTER. THIS IS THE COURTYARD INSIDE THE STORM SHELTER THAT WOULD PRIMARILY BE A PLAY AREA FOR PRE-K AND KINDERGARTEN, UH, IN THE YOUNGER GRADES. THEY'LL BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE FOUR GRADES AT A TIME OUTSIDE AND IT'LL BE UP TO THE SCHOOL TO SCHEDULE THOSE GRADES. BUT THE WAY THE SCHOOL WORKS IS THEY HAVE, YOU KNOW, NINTH THROUGH 12TH AS A HIGH SCHOOL, THEY HAVE FIFTH THROUGH EIGHTH AS A A MIDDLE SCHOOL. AND THEN THEY HAVE THE YOUNGER KIDS SO THEY CAN ACCOMMODATE THOSE KIDS ON THE RICHARDSON SIDE AT, AT THE WAY THE SCHOOL IS ALREADY SET UP WITH FOUR GRADES AT A TIME. THESE ARE THE ELEVATIONS YOU'VE ALREADY SEEN. AND, UH, THIS IS JUST A, A SNAPSHOT OF KIND OF WHAT WE'RE LOOKING TO DO ON THE DALLAS SIDE. DALLAS HAS INDICATED THAT THEY DON'T HAVE ANY PREFERENCE ABOUT WHAT WE DO HERE UNLESS WE BUILD SOMETHING ABOVE GROUND. SO THAT'S ONE ITEM THAT, UM, THAT THEY'RE TRYING TO ADDRESS. THE, UH, TIMELINE WOULD BE TO PURCHASE THE PROPERTY OVER THE SUMMER.
