IN THE CASE OF THE ABSENCE OF A REGULAR MEMBER, A DESIGNATED ALTERNATE WILL VOTE ON THE ISSUE. THIS MEETING IS A BUSINESS MEETING WILL BE CONDUCTED AS SUCH IN THAT REGARD.
