THE APPROXIMATE ENROLLMENT AMOUNT IS 450 STUDENTS SUPPORTED BY 30 STAFF MEMBERS, AND THE ESTIMATED DAILY ONSITE POPULATION IS 150 STUDENTS.

SO THESE PHOTOS SHOW THE SOUTH AND EAST ELEVATION BOTH TAKEN FROM THE PARKING LOT AND HERE ARE THE WEST AND NORTH ELEVATIONS, AND THESE ARE TAKEN FROM RICHARDSON DRIVE AND MOT BLAIN LANE, RESPECTIVELY.

THE ENVISION RICHARDSON PLAN DESIGNATES THIS AREA AS COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL, AND A PUBLIC SLASH INSTITUTIONAL FACILITY IS IDENTIFIED AS A SECONDARY USE.

THEREFORE, THE REQUESTED USE ALIGNS WITH THE COMPREHENSIVE

SO, UH, IT MAY NOT JUST BE NURSES THAT ARE BEING, UM, EDUCATED HERE.

UH, WHEN YOU HAVE EVERYBODY SHOWING UP, STUDENTS SHOWING UP, YOU KNOW, FOR A SPECIFIC CLASS TIME AND IF THERE'S, YOU KNOW, AND THEY'RE ON AN UPPER FLOOR, SO THEY DEPENDED ON THE ELEVATORS TO, TO GET UP AND DOWN.

SO IT SOMETIMES GET CROWDED IF YOU DON'T HAVE ENOUGH CAPACITY ON THE ELEVATOR.

SO THAT WOULD DEFINITELY BE SOMETHING I'D LOOK AT.

I IMAGINE THERE WOULD BE SOME TYPE OF, UH, SECURITY PRESENCE ON THE, ON THE CAMPUS THOUGH.
