IT'S ADMIRABLE, IT'S VERY UNIQUE, AND IT SETS IT SETS A WONDERFUL STANDARD FOR OUR COUNTRY. WHEN I APPEALED IT. I HAD TO PUT UP, I BELIEVE, A $12,000 FINE. IN TWO WEEKS LATER. THEY FILED THE SAME CHARGES AGAIN. WITH THAT APPEAL VERY MUCH STILL IN PROGRESS, I IMMEDIATELY CHALLENGED IT. THEY WENT AHEAD ANYWAY WITH IT. THE FIRST TRIAL SHOULD NEVER HAVE OCCURRED. I GAVE THE PROSECUTOR AND THE COURT. AN INCH THICK PACKAGE OF DOCUMENTS OR THIS TRIAL IS WRONG. IT'S CONCERNING A STORAGE BUILDING IN THE BACK OF MY HOUSE THAT WAS PERMITTED IN 2020 AS A STORAGE BUILDING. FOUNDATION WAS APPROVED. WALLS WERE PUT UP. BUT I WAS NEVER GIVEN AUTHORITY TO DO A TWO STORY. SO I STOPPED. ASKED WHY THEY SAID IT'S AGAINST THE ORDINANCE. I WROTE OUT I GOT A VARIANCE WAS A DECLINE FOR THAT ALSO. AGAIN, I NEVER COULD GET. IT'S ONLY GOING TO GO UP SLOWER BECAUSE WE ARE ABLE TO REDUCE THE ANNUAL MINIMUM. TAKE THE INCREASES THAT YOU'VE SEEN FROM THE WATER DISTRICT AND THE WHOLESALE RATES. AND WHAT WE'RE LIKELY TO HAVE TO DO ON THE RETAIL SIDE IS GOING TO CONTINUE TO NECESSITATE MORE AND MORE RESOURCES, BE DEVOTED TO WATER, EVEN THOUGH WE'RE TAKING LESS OVERALL. SO THE NEW RATE, THE NEW RATE METHODOLOGY THAT DOES INCENT AND AND INCENTIVIZE CONSUMPTION IS A MITIGATING FACTOR. IT'S DEFINITELY NOT A BALANCING FACTOR.
