SO THAT MEANS THAT ALL THE THE SEVEN REGULAR MEMBERS WILL BE VOTING ON ALL THE MATTERS. BUT EVERYBODY CAN PARTICIPATE IN DISCUSSIONS AND DELIBERATIONS. I'LL DISPENSE WITH THE USUAL READING OF THE RULES FOR THE MEETING. SINCE IT'S GOT A PRETTY SHORT AGENDA TONIGHT, FIRST THING IS PUBLIC COMMENTS ON AGENDA ITEMS. WE'VE REVIEWED THIS, THE THE DRAFT MINUTES, AND WE DO HAVE A CORRECTION. SO AT THE TOP OF PAGE THREE. WE'LL PROVIDE THIS. THE SECRETARY. BUT IT SHOULD SAY STEPHEN GRAHAM, SIMPLE DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS, 9459 HOBART DALLAS, ADVISED THAT THEY HAVE THAT. IT SAYS THEY ARE UNDER CONTRACT TO ACQUIRE THE FORMER CLAY COOLEY VOLKSWAGEN COLLISION CENTER PORTFOLIO. AND WE'RE GOING TO CHANGE THAT TO SAY THAT THEY HAVE ACQUIRED IN THE PAST TENSE THE FORMER PORTFOLIO, CLAY COOLEY PORTFOLIO, JUST TO MAKE IT CLEAR, BECAUSE HE DID STATE THAT THEY HAD ALREADY PURCHASED THE PROPERTY. WE WILL NOT HAVE A STAFF PRESENTATION TONIGHT. WE WILL NOT BE TAKING ANY ACTION TONIGHT. BUT IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR AGENDA, THE PUBLIC HEARING IS NOW OPEN AND SEEING THAT THERE'S NO ONE IN ATTENDANCE OR ANYONE HAVE ANY COMMENTS? AND SO THE LAST ITEM ON OUR AGENDA IS A STAFF REPORT ON PENDING DEVELOPMENT, ZONING PERMITS AND PLANNING MATTERS. ANDREW. GOOD EVENING, MR. CHAIRMAN. MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION. SO THERE HAVE BEEN NO CITY COUNCIL ACTION SINCE YOUR LAST MEETING. HOWEVER, I WILL UPDATE YOU JUST ON THE CASES THAT ARE MOVING FORWARD TO CITY COUNCIL IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF WEEKS. SO ON JUNE 8TH, THE BACK NINE SPECIAL PERMIT REQUEST FOR AN INDOOR GOLF SIMULATOR WILL BE MOVING FORWARD TO CITY COUNCIL, AS WELL AS THE SPECIAL PERMIT AND SPECIAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN REQUEST FOR THE SOLO GARAGE PROPERTY ON INNER URBAN. AND THEN ON JUNE 15TH, THE TEXT AMENDMENTS RELATED TO ZONING PROTEST PROCEDURES. THE DEFINITION OF FAMILY AND HOME OCCUPATIONS WILL ALSO BE MOVING FORWARD TO CITY COUNCIL AND THEN AT YOUR NEXT MEETING ON JUNE 16TH, WE HAVE A COUPLE OF CASES. ONE IS THE THE ITEM THAT YOU JUST CONTINUED, AS WELL AS A AN AMENDMENT TO THE MAIN STREET CENTRAL CODE RELATING TO FLAGS. SO THOSE ARE THE TWO ITEMS THAT WE TENTATIVELY HAVE SCHEDULED FOR JUNE 16TH.
